Table top space is $250 by April 9; $295 by April 30, 2010 and $320 after April 30, 2010.

A deposit of 50% will be required before April 30, 2010. After April 30, 2010 full payment must accompany the booth space contract.

Assignment will be made on a first come, first serve basis (based on the date the executed booth space contract and deposit are received). ICWT reserves the right to reassign exhibit space and to modify the floor plan.

What is included in your exhibit (table top) registration:

• 8' draped background

• 6' skirted table

• 2 folding chairs

• 500 watts of electrical service

• 11" x 17" company identification sign

• Two full registrations
