The Careers in Manufacturing Technology Program (CIMT) has these goals:
Improve the preparedness of entry-level applicants for manufacturing occupations
Give students on-the-job experience in their chosen occupations
Help existing employees gain the training they need to advance in the workplace.
Support manufacturers by increasing the number of qualified applicants
