Technology Innovation Evaluation (TIE)

The Technology Innovation Evaluation (TIE) program is a vetting process inventors and entrepreneurs may utilize to move their water, energy, or agriculture technologies from concept to commercialization.

TIE was created to support innovation. Through the evaluation of water, energy, and agriculture technologies, TIE committee members provide feedback, advice, and tactics intended to improve the probability of technical and commercial success. Our TIE committee includes professionals with technical and commercial expertise.

The TIE program is the client onboarding process for the BlueTechValley Innovation Cluster funded by the California Energy Commission (CEC). The TIE process can be initiated by contacting [email protected].
